Sourcing standards
Where we source
We work with trusted suppliers who meet strict quality standards. Herbs are sourced from regions known for their traditional cultivation practices.
How we test
Every batch is tested for identity, purity, and potency. We verify botanical species and screen for contaminants, heavy metals, and adulterants.
What's excluded
No fillers, no synthetics, no additives. We use only the botanical ingredients your herbalist selects — nothing more.
How formulas are built
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbs work together. A formula is not a random mix — it's a carefully composed blend where each herb supports and moderates the others. Your herbalist selects herbs based on your unique pattern, not a generic condition label.
Unlike pre-made supplements, your formula is customized to your body, your goals, and your current state. As your needs change, your formula can evolve with you. See how it works for the full process.
